We are continuing our online partnership with Campdoc to insure a centralized and secure location for all registration information. To avoid any credit card disputes or confusion, please, make note that payments made through CampDoc.com will display on your account statement as DOCNETWORK LLC, the CampDoc.com parent company name. You will receive a confirmation email from Campdoc, once a payment is made. Please, check your spam folder, to make sure you receive it.
2019 Camper Registration opens MARCH 19TH AT 11AM!
RETURNING CAMPER REGISTRATION
If your child(ren) attended camp last summer, you can login to your CampDoc.com account by entering your username and password.
Already have a CampDoc account but need to add another camper for this summer? Go ahead and login to your existing account NOW and click on "New Participant" to enter their information, ahead of our registration launch.
In order to promote campers off the Wait List in a timely manner, it is imperative that you fill in the entire PATIENT INFORMATION section of the Health Profile as soon as possible, as it will help Fanari Camp determine what spaces are available in each grade/sex per session.
Your Health Profile information from last year is stored and can be edited and updated. This year you need to confirm/update past information including current immunizations, insurance card and epi-pen required allergies.
Health Profile information needs to be complete two weeks before the start of your session.
Complete the entire required registration and payment information to finalize your child’s participation.
All payment plans needs to be complete by July 20, 2019.
FIRST TIME CAMPER REGISTRATION
If this is your FIRST TIME registering for Fanari Camp, please use this link to begin the sign up process now: CAMPDOC SIGN UP
You will be prompted to use a current email address, create a password and click on SIGN UP (not login)
Next, you will enter the parent/guardian name on the account and confirm a phone number and address
Finally, you can click on "NEW PARTICIPANT" and enter the name, sex and date of birth of your camper. If you are entering multiple campers into your account, you will click on "NEW PARTICIPANT" to add each camper individually
Once your account is set up with your participants, as FANARI CAMP REGISTRATION launches on March 19th, you will register your campers one at a time by clicking on their name, selecting their session and completing the payment process, so be sure to have your credit card or checking account information ready. When completed, you are then able to go back in and enter the important HEALTH PROFILE information, in order for each campers' registration to be complete
The “Add-Ons” section of the registration gives you the OPTIONAL choice to pay an additional $10 for a Camper T-shirt, which is PRE-ORDER ONLY through our online registration. It will NOT be available upon arrival at Fanari Camp, in the Camp Store.
When registering, please use a current email address that you check on a regular basis, as it will be used to send important messages before and during camp.
At the end of your online registration, you will download a "Welcome Packet" which has details about our Rules and Regulations, Camper Packing List and other pertinent camp information.
All payment plans need to be finished by July 20, 2019.
Return to your CampDoc account as often as you like with your Username and Password until all Health Profile information is complete.

Through a generous yearly grant from Leadership 100, our Metropolis has been able to offer a number of need-based full and partial summer camp scholarships, to defray registration costs to campers of families in financial need, attending any of the 4 session of Fanari Camp.
In addition, GAMA, (Greek American Motorcycle Association) will offer 4 scholarships to campers who are attending Session 2 ONLY. (GAMA SCHOLARSHIPS are NOT NEED-BASED Scholarships. They are open to EVERYONE attending Session 2, June 23-29, 2019, to apply.)

Once your application is reviewed, you will be contacted by email.
If you qualify for a scholarship, you will be given a COUPON CODE to enter in your online registration.
PLEASE NOTE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and scholarships are awarded on a first-come first-served basis until camp sessions are full and all available funds are distributed. Submission of an application does not guarantee that a scholarship will be granted, or that the entire amount requested will be awarded.

2019 GAMA Scholarship Process
GAMA (Greek American Motorcycle Association) is proud to offer 4 camper scholarships to attend Fanari Camp for campers attending Session 2 ONLY, the week of June 23-June 29, 2019. The $500 scholarship offsets all registration costs to attend Fanari. THIS IS NOT A NEED BASED SCHOLARSHIP. IT IS OPEN FOR ANYONE ATTENDING SESSION 2 OF FANARI CAMP TO APPLY.

Your child must submit the application to GAMA by April 30th, 2019. Winners will be announced by May 1, 2019, where if chosen, we will refund your previously made payment.
